​Booking Requests
We recommend that you call to make your reservation at least one week in advance (two if you need an evening or a Friday or Saturday appointment). A great way to ensure receiving the time slot you need for future appointments is to prebook for your next appointment each time you visit. Ask us for details.
A gift card or credit card # is required to book Spa Packages.

Arrival
Please arrive a 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may check you in and prepare you for your appointment, including any paperwork to be filled out.
We require that cell phones be silenced before entering our Spa.​
Age Requirements
Children who are receiving a service are more than welcome, so long as they are accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. We do, however, - for their safety and the relaxation of all our guests - ask that you not bring your children unless they are receiving a service themselves.
If you arrive for your appointment with your children with you, we will have to respectfully ask you to reschedule for another time when you have someone available to watch them for you.

Our Service Providers
All of our service providers, both in the salon and in the spa, are licensed and highly skilled. Together they have many years of experience and continued education and have all been trained to help you feel comfortable and listen to your specific concerns. To that end, a consultation may be necessary, particularly for spa appointments. Please be assured that any such consultation is confidential and necessary to ensure a safe and successful visit for you.
If you have any specific needs or requests, please let our front desk know at the time of your booking and they will guide you to the service provider who can best meet your goals.
During Your Visit
This is your time, and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, water temperature, products, massage pressure, music volume or any other conditions, please tell your stylist or therapist immediately. For spa appointments, no special attire is needed. Dress in whatever manner is comfortable to you. And be assured that our treatment rooms are kept completely private.
Health Considerations
Please notify the front desk at the time of booking if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. For your safety and well-being, we reserve the right to deny spa services for any physical or medical conditions. Also, please advise our reservations agent if you require any special accommodation.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes unavoidable things (such as severe weather or medical emergencies) come up, and we will do our best to reschedule you for as soon as possible.* However, if you are unable to attend due to a non-emergency reason, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for single services and a 48 hour notice for a multiple-service or package appointment). Appointments cancelled in less than these time requirements may result in you be charged 50% of the service/package price.​
*We will make every effort to reschedule your appointment as close to the cancelled date as we can; but due to our service providers' busy schedules, it may take a couple of weeks or longer.
Late Appointments
If you are late to an appointment, we will do our best to fit you in and do a full treatment, but please understand that your therapist or technician may need to shorten the treatment so as not to inconvenience other guests. Or your appointment may have to be rescheduled.​
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for purchase in any dollar amount for services, treatments, or products. If you choose a service and your recipient would rather enjoy something else, he or she is more than welcome to use the gift card for the value of the dollar amount for any service or product desired. We are delighted to assist you in selecting the perfect, personalized gift.
Gift cards purchased in person are elegantly presented in a gift card holder and envelope, along with a menu. Alternatively, they can be purchased online at our website: wildivysalon.com. There you will be able to customize your certificate and add a personalized message. Gift Cards purchased online can be printed out directly by you, the purchaser, or emailed to your recipient. Unfortunately, we are not able to process gift card orders over the phone.
Please be advised that Gift Cards are nonrefundable. Please keep your receipt or store the gift card number in a safe place, as those are the only two ways to redeem a gift card that is lost or stolen.
Forms of Payment
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express. Debit cards are also accepted and will be ran as a credit. The only Gift Cards that we are able to accept are ones purchased directly from Wild Ivy Salon & Day Spa or at wildivysalon.com. We are not equipped to accept insurance payments. However, some insurance companies may provide compensation to the insured for certain treatments, with a copy of your receipt. Contact your carrier to see if you are eligible.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any products. All sales are final. We cannot refund or exchange product purchases. Gift cards are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
Gratuities
Tipping is always at the discretion of the guest, though the etiquette in salons and spas is similar to the etiquette for tipping restaurant servers, as a way for our service providers to supplement their income.
However, at Wild Ivy we are more concerned with helping our guests to lead healthier, more relaxed lives and so would rather have clients not tip and visit more often, than feel obligated to tip and not be able to come back on a regular basis. Please be assured that we give everyone the same care and attention regardless.
Again, tips are never mandatory, but always appreciated.
